1. Scope
This policy covers lucopia.com. Individual Lucopia applications run on their own subdomains and may publish additional terms when their accounts, APIs, mobile clients, or product features require different processing.
2. Information you provide
If you use the Lucopia contact form, we receive the email address and message you submit so we can review and respond to your request. The form does not accept attachments. Do not send passwords, full financial account numbers, tax identifiers, or confidential tool input. Account-enabled Lucopia applications may process the profile and application data described by their own notices.
3. Site operation, visitor measurement, and logs
When first-party visitor measurement is enabled, Lucopia applications store a random browser identifier locally and record visit counts, requested paths, referral host, device category, browser locale, time zone, and approximate location supplied by the hosting network. Signed-in accounts can be linked to that separate visitor identifier so earlier anonymous visits remain part of the same history. Raw IP addresses are not retained in visitor records. Administrators can turn this measurement off globally or per application.
Hosting and security systems can also process limited technical information such as request time, IP address, browser details, requested path, and error or security events. This information is used to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and understand the service and is retained only as operationally necessary.
4. Tool input
Some utility applications process input locally in the browser, while connected products use APIs to provide account-based features. Check the relevant application's privacy notice before entering personal or confidential information. Lucopia does not claim that every product is client-side only.
5. Advertising, cookies, and consent
Advertising is centrally disabled by default and can be activated only for predefined placements. If AdSense is enabled, advertisements are clearly labeled, and AdSense uses signals from the configured Google-certified consent management platform when processing applicable ad requests. That platform and advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers according to the choices and legal basis presented to you.
6. Sharing and service providers
Lucopia may use hosting, security, email, and other service providers to operate the site. We do not sell reader-provided personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention and choices
Retention depends on the purpose and legal or operational need. You may ask about a contact message or privacy issue through the Contact page. Browser controls can also remove stored site data; advertising preferences, once enabled, are managed through the configured privacy manager.
8. Children and changes
Lucopia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. We may update this policy as products, vendors, or legal requirements change and will revise the reviewed date for substantive updates.
